How do I know the condition of an item?

Every item is individually graded (Like New, Good, Fair, or Acceptable) and described in detail. We photograph actual defects so you know exactly what you’re getting. See our Condition Guide.

Are items tested?

Yes. Every item is tested for full functionality before listing.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. See our Returns Policy for details.

How long is delivery?

Small items: 3-5 working days. Medium items: 3-5 working days. Large items: 5-10 working days (we’ll contact you to arrange).

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure Stripe checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Do you offer finance?

No. The pre-owned store is cash/card only. For finance options, visit the main Smarterbuys Store.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, you can return it under our 14-day returns policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately. If an item is damaged in transit, we’ll arrange a free return and full refund.
