Pre-Owned Items — Sold as Described
All items on this site are pre-owned and sold in the condition described. Every item is individually inspected, graded, and photographed so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.
Please review the condition grade, condition notes, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. During this time you may cancel your order for any reason.
Important:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
- You pay return postage/shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- For large items, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return collection or dropping the item back to our premises
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method
Items Not as Described
If your item does not match the condition description, photos, or grading on the listing:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund
- This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
How to Return

- Tell us your order number and the reason for return
- We’ll confirm the return and provide a return address
- Pack the item securely (original packaging if possible)
- For small items: post via a tracked service (you pay postage for change-of-mind returns)
- For large items: arrange drop-off at our premises or arrange a courier at your cost
Exceptions
- Beauty and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened (sealed items only)
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return
