Delivery Areas
Large Items (Appliances, TVs, Furniture)
Large item delivery is available within the North East of England only, for a delivery fee calculated at checkout based on item size and your location.
- We will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time
- Delivery is to your room of choice (ground floor)
- Installation is not included
Outside the North East? Large items are available for collection only from our premises in Newcastle upon Tyne. See the Collection section below.
Small Items (Beauty, Laptops, Small Appliances, Accessories)
Small items are shipped nationwide via DPD with full tracking.

Delivery is typically 3-5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Free Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free standard delivery (small items nationwide, large items within NE only).
Collection
All items are available for free collection from our premises:
Baird House, City West Business Park, Scotswood Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 7DF
To arrange collection after purchase:
1. Complete your order online and select “Collection” at checkout
2. You will receive a confirmation email
3. Email queries@smarterbuys.co.uk or call 0300 500 0975 to arrange a collection date and time
4. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting
Collection is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Delivery Costs at Checkout
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Item size and weight
- Your delivery postcode
- Whether the item qualifies for free delivery
What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your item arrives damaged in transit:
1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
2. Contact us within 48 hours at queries@smarterbuys.co.uk
3. We’ll arrange a free collection/return and full refund
