These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through preowned.smarterbuys.co.uk ("the Site"), operated by Mammoth Finance Limited trading as SBS Pre-Owned.

2. What We Sell

We sell pre-owned, returned, and refurbished goods. Each item is individually graded and described. Items are one-of-one unless stated otherwise. Photos and descriptions are of the actual item you will receive.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. No credit or finance is available on pre-owned items. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery timeframes vary by item size. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel your order for a full refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is not as described. See our Returns Policy for details.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
